Gov. Richardson Calls for Full and Immediate Withdrawal from Iraq

I'm not endorsing anyone, yet New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, a candidate for President, has the support of retired Army Lieutenant General Robert Gard, who calls for a well-planned withdrawal from the Iraq War quagmire.
