Sorry for the bad email with miss spelled words. Here the correct one
Hi I am trying to fine out why when a Vet. Files for more that one claim,
why is the other's not looked at before a dissions is made. I have filed for
service-connected problems arising from being on active duty. I filed for
seizure disorders 28 years ago after being discharged in 1980. I have been
fighting this for 28 years and also have been fighting hearing problems. I
have filed time and time again and only got 10% for tinitus and 0% for
hearing loss. Well my hearing is very bad and has to use hearing aids and a
watch to adjust them when in different environment’s. I have been denied
several times for increases for this. I also am still being denied for my
seizure disorder in which is verified by a Dr. at another VA hospital.   The
DAV told me that I needed to go to Veterans Services to find out what is
going on with my claims. Before going I ask the DAV what was going on with
my claims and he told me that his records did not show the DAV as my power
of attorney and he couldn't fine my files that he got. The file was all of
the sudden missing and none of the claims was being processed. Well I was
shocked to here and see what was going on. I was told I have the right to
see what was on the computer and also told by the Service person that he
wasn't allowed to tell me anything about what was on the screen. Well off
the record he told me thing that wasn't right. He told me that the review
board did look at my service-connected claim but only one and not the other.
And on another claim they looked at only one and not the other again and
made a denied dission on four different claims. They looked at my R/
Shoulder claim, which also had my hearing claim and denied the claims
without examining the claims throughout. This not right and I have my
right's to stand up and fight for what is due to me. I wonder how many more
Vets this has been done too. I feel that there needs to be an investigation
and I want to bring a Law Suit against the Veterans Affairs for miss
reppersitation of records and not being just to the me the Law has been
broken here and justice need to step in for me. I have been fighting for 28
years for seizure and am on 500mg dilatin daily for this condition. Also I
have hearing aids in both ears with a watch which helps control them in
different areas I am in. I was told I have PTSD by Mental Health and this
claim was also one of the four that was to be reviewed. There is no reason
for this. I have been treated unfairly.  This is to the best of my
knowledge. Please E-mail me back gdhacker@cox.net
