About Me:
25 years of veterans outreach focusing on PTSD.  Two blogs, www.woundedtimes.blogspot.com, www.namguardianangel.blogspot.com, web page, www.namguardianangel.org, free on line PTSD book about 18 years of my life with my husband, a Vietnam vet with PTSD.  I also have several videos on PTSD located on the blogs.  I consider myself a "bleeding heart liberal" because I follow what Christ told us to do and not what man wants us to do, or at least I try to.  I'm the administrator of Christian Education for a Presbyterian Church and belong to several organizations.  I believe the Chaplains in the military are wrong when they try to evangelize for their own branch of Christianity instead of being there for the emotional and spiritual needs of all the troops.  My goals are simple yet monumental.  Remove the stigma of PTSD by providing education of what it is and what causes it. Offering support to the veterans and their families until they are ready to go for help and then trying to point the way in the bureaucratic minefield.
