I'd like to suggest an idea and see if  any of you agree with it or not. If you strongly disagree I will not  go through with it.

What I want to do is compile a list of people here(anonymously) who would respond to this question. What do you think have been major factors in undermining troops morale? With the replies you give I  intend to compile this into  a letter I intend to send to the democratic congress.Here is  how I plan to do this:

A) this list will not be copied and pasted from this website but will be compiled from my email not the one posted here but another one,I do not include alot of personal information on myself through email  subscriptions, I have joined nor to congress, also I will not disclose any personal information on anyone who replies  to  this request, but will include date and anonymous .I understand  the need for privacy and do not want to give personal information about people here to be linked to this site if it means harrassment or  repurcussions to them. I will not include this website or affiliation to it, but will be doing this on my own as an independent citizen.

  I also feel like the democrats in congress tend to be more supportive of our troops and are more open to suggestions, they have tried to pass legislation like the GI bill and other proposals even though being roadblocked by the Bush adminstration. Please tell me how you feel about this. Again I will not disclose any personal information on anyone who wants to reply to this. Nothing about names ,addresses, emails, rank, service, or branch of miltary, nada... I am not willing to put people here at risk or through more hell. I as a personal family member  of a vet undertsand all too well,

 My intentions for doing this is to give  democratic congressmen a broader perspective on our troops  needs and concerns about this war. They are used to listening to top military officials... "those in charge" What I may do is just send this to congressmen who are strong propronents for ending the war in Iraq, any suggestions would be welcome.
