I am a journalist doing research for a book on the war on terror to be published by Atlas this fall. Perhaps Veterans for Peace can help me with this research question: I'm interested in speaking to anyone who served in Iraq or Afghanistan and was harassed, discouraged or silenced when reporting abuse or misconduct, for example, detainee abuse.

I know that there were a lot of troops who didn't agree with some of the detainee mistreatment that happened in Iraq and Afghanistan, I'm trying to get their story.

And makes contact with Anja, I would suggest sending along a copy of your DD214 or if still Active some proof of same and if need requesting your names etc. not be used by her untill discharge. I have sent her the same information so she Avoids any Problems with the few who will try and scuttle her efforts, and We Know there will be those few!!!
