Not Only Did This Individual, get 20 days in jail, for "being to ill to attend Sobriety Meetings,for two weeks", and "GOING TO JAIL, last week FOR TWO DAYS" BECAUSE "THE PERSON COLLECTING THE UA'S, did not meet with those clients of Drug Court, but 15 Minutes...some of the Clients of this Drug Court, were Not Present at "Exactly Noon" (12 o'clock)...& more than 7 individuals, WERE "SENT TO JAIL" FOR TWO DAYS...FOR "NOT BEING THERE TO SUBMIT A UA".

Well, if that Collector of UA's, had wanted to Collect the UA's, within a Reasonable Amount of Time, that person should have spent More Than 15 Minutes...ON THE JOB, INSTEAD OF "SETTING UP THE CLIENTS" TO "TAKE THE FALL" FOR THE NEGLECT OF THE EMPLOYEE."

Horror Stories of Real Life, Come & Go..."this too, shall pass", they say....but "I say, IT WON'T PASS, TIL I'VE HAD MY SAY, ABOUT HOW CRUEL A SYSTEM IT IS, WHEN "PERSONS OF DISABLED / DEVELOPMENTALLY IMPAIRED, ARE TREATED THIS WAY....

Persons who are Required to Be in this Type of Court Action:"ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE INTIMATE WITH ANYONE NOR HAVE ANY ASSOCIATION WITH ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE A NEGATIVE INFLUENCE IN THEIR LIVES".

This person IS HOMELESS / (STAYING WITH A RELATIVE, PART TIME & WITH A NON-RELATIVE, PART TIME) / HAS NO INCOME / NO MEDICAL COVERAGE.

THIS PERSON REQUIRES HOUSING / FOOD / MEDICATIONS / FREQUENT TRIPS TO THE HOSPITAL / TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM MEETINGS FOR SOBRIETY / sometimes required to be prescribed a medication that has an addictive content.

Cost for the transportation / medication / restitution / court fees, is over $800 per month (because of the distance  to and from meeting locations. (total court fees, currently are over $6,000...more added each time, if a person becomes an inmate in a county facility, or ???).

THREE FAMILIES, "AN ELDERLY VETERAN, A ELDERLY MAN, & AN ELDERLY WOMAN" ARE PAYING FOR ALL THE FEES & THE SUPPORT OF THIS PERSON, BECAUSE "THEY BELIEVE IN ...PREVENTION OF ABUSE / NEGLECT TO A PERSON, WHO HAS A ...LESSER INTELLIGENCE...THAN OTHERS". These Older People, are on FIXED INCOMES...LOW INCOMES.

 SOME OF THESE DISABLED / DEVELOPMENTALLY IMPAIRED, MIGHT BE A FAMILY MEMBER OF A "DISABLED VETERAN OR A SOLDIER, ON ...ACTIVE DUTY".

I WILL "NOT STAND BY & WATCH THIS HAPPENING TO OUR PEOPLE, WHO HAVE ...SPECIAL NEEDS...& NOT LET IT PASS, WITHOUT...TRYING TO DO SOMETHING, TO PREVENT FURTHER TREATMENT LIKE THIS TO PERSONS OF THIS CATEGORY !!"

 I don't know about you, "but if one of the comrades, buddies of mine, has FALLEN BY THE WAYSIDE & CAN'T GET UP, BY THEMSELVES....I'M GONNA ...STOP & HELP THEM...EVEN IF I HAVE TO WALK BESIDE THEM...TIL THEY CAN FUNCTION...ON THEIR OWN STRENGTH !!"   (I am an elderly lady, young at heart, strong in Beliefs of Our Constitutional Rights & Very Patriotic, & Strong-Willed, to Fight for Doing the Right & Proper Action, when it's Needed, to Protect the Rights of the American People).

I WILL NOT JUST LET THEM LIE THERE, FACE LIFE ALONE...WITH ...NO SUPPORT SYSTEM, TO HELP THEM "RISE UP AGAIN & FACE THE WORLD WITH DIGNITY & GRACE, TO BE RESPECTED BY SOCIETY, OF WHICH IS...THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT...TO BE TREATED IN THAT WAY...VERY RESPECTFULLY !!"

 OUR SOLDIERS "SERVE THE PEOPLE & THE AMERICA, IN WHICH THEY LIVE, & OUR VETERANS, HAVE FOUGHT THE GOOD FIGHT & HAVE PAVED THE WAY, FOR OUR FREEDOMS,WHICH WE ENJOY, EACH DAY, WE WAKE UP TO THE WORLD & ARE SAFE...& WE OWE IT TO OUR FRIENDS / NEIGHBORS / LOVED ONES....WHO NEED...A SUPPORT SYSTEM, THAT WILL BE THERE FOR THEM...AS *THEY NEED US*...

IT IS *OUR RESPONSIBILITY, AS A CITIZEN OF AMERICA* TO BE THERE, FOR *OUR FELLOWMAN*"

IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO "STOP & UPLIFT THE FALLEN...COMRADE, FRIEND, SOLDIER, VETERAN, AND WALK BESIDE THEM...IF NECESSARY...TIL WE ARE "NOT NEEDED", FOR THEIR SUPPORT" !! (I firmly believe This).
