I am not a blogger or a proficient writer but I do not have any other way to pass on this info.  Hopeful soon VCS will have a page that tracks legislation that affects Vets.  While trying to get this page together we came across the re emergence of HR 2290.  It was originally put on the back burner in June(?) but has recently resurfaced with backing from Delay. I tried to find an article about the bill but was unable .  Why should you care about Hr 2290?  Because, if enacted as written it will cut Vet benefits.  The Reps say it’s to stop fraud just like the 1000 PTSD reviews are to cut Fraud but it may have some unforeseen consequences. I am posting 4 sites about hr 2290 2 for it and 2 against it.  It you yourself find a recent article about 2290 please send a link to contact@veteransforcommonsense.org
