Ironically I knew Howard Stern, Anna Nicole's attorney. I was also Justin Bailey's best friend and pursuaded him to do his rehab at the West LA VA (and now I have greatly regreted it). I was afraid he might overdose in Las Vegas from the drug addiction he developed right after he came back from Iraq. When Justin told me they are puting him on Methadone I went bezerk. I researched Methadone last September right when Anna Nocole's son died from accidental Methadone OD. I called Justin's doctor (Dr. Alfred West) and his social worker Collette Archibald and alerted them that he could overdose very easy and that he was there for drug rehab NOT pain management. I told them that Methadone and Benzos and anti-depressants don't mix and Justin has a history of not properly self medicating. I WAS IGNORED. Their negligence killed Justin. Justin suffered a non fata OD from the Methadone and ended up in ER SIX weeks before he died. Again call his social worker Collette Archibald and tell her this is "a wake up call" and she needs to take action and notify his new doctor because she could be saving his life. Again, she ignored me.

She was busy decorating her profile and pictures on her "myspace.com"account. Now I call the doctor and the social worker and they HANG UP the phone on me. The othe vets in that VA hosptal told me that the VA administration (mr. Dorman and Norman) instructed them to not talk to the media and especially me. The VA is not making expample out of Dr. west and social worker collette Archibald. They continue to employ them and reward them for their negligence. Idiocy and incompetance at its best. Poor Collette, she had to pull her profile from myspace soon after Justin's death.
