Oct 14, VCS Releases Military Casualty Fact Sheet: Iraq and Afghanistan War Battlefield Casualties Nearly 80,000

October 14, 2008 - Every month Veterans for Common Sense posts a summary of the official battlefield casualty reports issued by the Department of Defense.  VCS obtained these higher numbers from a Pentagon web site after sending the military a Freedom of Information Act request.
